Raffles International College stresses creativity.

ONE of Phnom Penh’s leading design schools is Raffles International College, which offers two-year advanced diplomas in fashion design, interior design, graphic design and fashion marketing and management.

According to Raffles’ education consultant Ben Sophat, the students are required to speak English and must have completed high school.

Raffles International College only has 15 students, but according to Ben, the focus is on the quality rather than the quantity.

“When our students enter their second term, they are able to design professionally,” he said.

In addition to the design and fashion courses, which range in cost from $15,000 to $20,000 for a two-year advanced diploma, Raffles also offes courses in marketing management, finance and banking, event management and tourism and hospitality, each offering two-year diplomas, with a cost of $7,500.

All courses start on July 4 this year. Raffles may be contacted by telephone at  023 99 128 and their website is at www.raffles-international-college.edu.kh
