Fancy a luxury condominium overseeing the magnificent Mekong River with a 200m private yacht marina?

In that case, the up-coming Morgan EnMaison project could be the ideal waterfront property to suit your tastes.

Facing the mighty Mekong River, Morgan EnMaison is certainly an extraordinary development in Phnom Penh, where developers are competing to create the best high-end condominiums for the capital’s growing number of urbanites.

The massive project being undertaken by Morganford Investment (Cambodia) Co Ltd consists of luxury apartments and an office block, all situated along the Mekong in Phnom Penh’s Chroy Changvar district.

The entire area across the Chroy Changvar bridge is set to become a new Phnom Penh business centre with modern amenities – transforming it into a new satellite town along the Mekong River.

Elegant interiors with contemporary kitchen and toilet fittings, stunning river views, modern architectural design and close proximity to amenities all come together to make Morgan EnMaison an outstanding development.

The U-shaped, five-building project facing the Mekong is set to comprise four residential blocks with an office tower at its centre, and will house a total of 4,847 units.

The developer is constructing two elegant condominium towers rising to 54 storeys, while the other two comprise 47 floors.

The landmark 70-storey centrepiece business tower will come with a helipad, allowing residents to move around easily and avoid traffic congestion in the city.

The massive project is taking shape on a 3ha site.

“Nearly 20 per cent of the work has been completed, and we are confident of delivering the project on time despite the current challenges faced by many developers in Cambodia due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

“Ours is one of the few projects that did not stop construction work over the past few months despite a shortage of workers because we want to deliver to our customers as we promised,” Tang Qilong, the CEO of Morganford Investment, told The Post.

The condominiums are neatly designed for urban dwellers, with compact and well-furnished studio apartments, while buyers can also choose from one, two or three bedroom apartments.

Intelligent security systems, 24-hour medical and housekeeping services, nearly 10,000 square metres of landscaped gardens along the riverside and a 200m leisure trail all make Morgan EnMaison a unique development project.

“We want to give our buyers the best, from the amenities to the high levels of security, so people can live in peace and enjoy the spectacular views of the Mekong River.

“Morgan EnMaison is the first waterfront project with numerous facilities such as lush gardens, swimming pools and a helipad.

“It is ideally located in the city and well connected to landmark areas in Phnom Penh,” Tang said.

While 50 per cent of work at Morgan Tower in Koh Pich is done, it is not just in Phnom Penh that Morganford Investment is making its mark with high-end projects.

In Sihanoukville’s Otres 2, the Morgan Pure Bay is currently under construction.

Changing the face of Phnom Penh living and offering the best in high-quality modern amenities, Morgan EnMaison is the property to watch out for if you want to enjoy a serene lifestyle by the river, all while surrounded by lush greenery and luxury facilities.
