What is Bangkok Brewing Conference 2019 and who attended this conference?

Bangkok Brewing Conference 2019 is a three-day conference held in Bangkok and international specialists from the brewing industry participated to discuss about beer and beverage production in Southeast Asia. The conference focused on “Opportunities and Challenges in the Beer Manufacturing Industry in Asia Pacific”.

The delegates were from Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.

One of their programme is to visit beer factories in Southeast Asia and this year they choose the Khmer Beverages factory to observe the machineries and technologies used in producing beer and beverages in Cambodia.

Why was Khmer Beverages factory chosen for the visit?

They decided to visit Khmer Beverages factory because our facility is special, our production can produce both beer and beverages, and we are the biggest brewery factory in Cambodia.

The visit included touring of the factory where the delegates had a first-hand understanding of the machinery and technologies used in producing Cambodia Beer and other beverages. Our factory has invested and focused more on advanced machinery and modern technologies imported from Europe to produce the best quality products and with best taste.

The delegates who joined this trip are experts in beer manufacturing, mechanics, technology specialists and beer distributors.

What does this visit reflect?

The visit reflects on the potential of the brewing and beverage industry in Cambodia because Khmer beer and beverage manufacturer is recognised internationally for its quality, and this will be a catalyst to push Khmer beer and beverage products into the international market.

The growth of this sector will provide lot of jobs for Cambodian people. This is a pride for Khmer Beverages, which can lift Cambodia’s profile that is known both locally and internationally in terms of quality.
