As of October 7, Cambodia had vaccinated 99.14 per cent of the adult population of 10 million and 89.68 per cent of the 12-17 age group of nearly two million, according to the national Covid-19 vaccination committee.

Vaccinations for the 6-11 age group of more than 1.8 million had also reached 93.78 per cent.

Overall, 84.11 per cent of the Kingdom's population of around 16 million had been inoculated against the disease.

Of the total, more than 11 million people had received their second dose and over 900,000 had gotten their booster shot.
