The collaboration will enrich the legal knowledge and skills of Cambodian researchers, students and law enforcement officers. The MoU enables free use of the US-based electronic law library, along with extensive workshops and study tours meetings. This will give the judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and students of both countries the opportunity to exchange legal knowledge and experience.
After the signing, Malin delivered a lecture on “Honest Relationships and Service in the digital age” to the 130 trainee judges, prosecutors, colleagues and court officers in attendance.
BBUSA founder and CEO Bill Pickett -- formerly president of the Washington State Bar Association -- and US Judge John Coughenour also spoke at the meeting.
