King Norodom Sihamoni returned to Cambodia on Tuesday from Quebec, Canada, where he had been attending the 12th Francophone meeting, which gathers together heads of state and the leaders of governments of French-speaking nations. King Sihamoni left Cambodia on October 15 to attend the event, which ran through last weekend.
