The child protection NGO Action Pour Les Enfants (APLE) said it had received reports of just over 100 suspected cases of online child harassment through its hotline in the first six month of this year.

“There were 102 suspected cases of child harassment committed online,” APLE said.

Most of the cases, it said, involved child sexual exploitation and distribution of their nude pictures.
