Cambodia is to prepare an emergency food reserve to assist families that have been negatively affected by high food prices and the global financial crisis, after officials were presented with a US$35 million grant from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Keat Chhon, the minister of economy and finance, said during a workshop Wednesday that the project would target seven provinces.
