The National Museum announced that the Department of Fine Arts and Handicrafts at the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts will hold a temporary two-week exhibition called “History of Buddhism: Archival traditional painting exhibition” to promote national cultural heritage.

In a social media post on November 7, the museum said the exhibition will run from November 17-30 at their building in the capital.

“This exhibition is to promote overlooked national cultural heritage to young people and the general public so that they will know the value of traditional Khmer paintings, as well as other handicrafts in all forms, both tangible and intangible,” it said.
