Woori Bank holds 'Woori Customers Day' to thank clients
“Woori Customers Day” was celebrated on September 21, with the leading financial institution's CEO, Kim Hong Ju, senior management and staff at all 138 Woori bank branches throughout the country giving customers the warmest of welcomes.
The event, the first since Woori Bank became a commercial bank earlier this year, serves three main purposes.
While thanking all Woori Bank’s customers at every branch, it also aims to enhance the relationship between Woori Bank senior management, branch staff and customers.
It additionally demonstrates the outstanding Woori Bank experience and generates a warm feeling for customers at all its branches, as well as shows that customer service is the responsibility of all staff, including top management.
From 8am to 12pm, all customers visiting Woori Bank, such as to open a bank account, make deposits, repayments or fund transfers, or use any of its other many services, were received as distinguished guests and treated to extraordinary levels of service.
At Woori Bank head office in Phnom Penh, customers were provided a gift, snacks and drinks as they were welcomed by CEO Kim Hong Ju, senior management and branch managers, with the hospitality replicated across branches countrywide.
With warm and friendly conversation, and even a photo shoot to record the occasion, customers were treated with the highest levels of care until they had completed their banking services and left the branch.
Woori Customers Day demonstrates the care Woori Bank provides and shows its gratitude to its customers for their continued support and trust in its financial services over its almost 30 years of operating in Cambodia.
