Prince Real Estate Group (PREG) on May 31 held the Prince One Tropica show home launch event, unveiling the detailed architectural models giving visitors full visualisation of its high-end project.
After months of careful preparation, an artfully laid out area of Prince One Tropica mock-up homes was opened to visitors at its Sales Centre in the capital’s Sen Sok district.
In response to expectations regarding a new home, prospective investors and homebuyers as well as journalists from top Cambodian media outlets were invited to the launch, where the invitees immersed themselves in the project’s cutting-edge design.
Blending practicality and aesthetics, the homes boast eye-catching gardens dotted with elegantly arranged flowers, plants and trees.
Prospective homebuyers and the media were guided around mock-up rooms and the sales gallery by One Tropica sales manager Vic Guo as they were presented with future living at the borey.
In an interview with Fresh News, Hang Meas HDTV, TVK and other media, Vic Guo elaborated on the “unconditional return” policy and the properties’ value for money that have been major talking points in the Cambodian real estate market.
“The Prince Real Estate Group’s unconditional return policy has been introduced to minimise risk for homebuyers.
“We are committed to corporate social responsibility, and by putting ourselves in the shoes of homebuyers, we understand that purchasing a real estate property is a major decision.
“Our unconditional return policy allows customers to give back a purchased property within 45 days after handover, with them receiving a 100 per cent refund,” said Guo.
Now one of the leading developers of quality residences in Phnom Penh after eight years of endeavour, PREG has from the very beginning had an unwavering focus on the research, development and construction of high-end real estate.
“There are some real property projects that boast beautiful showrooms, but the homes handed over to their buyers might come with tons of quality issues such as leaking and cracking, among others, and instead of solving the issues, they simply ignore them.
“We call on all developers in Cambodia to offer a similar unconditional return benefit to customers and join us in steering the Kingdom’s real estate industry in a healthier direction,” said Guo.
