Prince Real Estate Group was recognised as "Best Developer" and "Best Mixed-Use Developer" at the 7th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards 2022, with the prestigious developer clinching four top awards.

Prince Real Estate took the top accolade in the "Best Mixed-Use Development" category for its flagship Prince International Plaza project, which was highly commended in "Best Mixed Use Architectural Design".

The group's One Tropica – its first luxury borey development – also won in the "Best Housing Masterplan Design" category at a gala event held at Phnom Penh's Sofitel Hotel on August 26.

CEO Edward Lee said the recognition of Prince Real Estate as Best Developer and Best Mixed-Use Developer of the year is testament to the strength of its real estate products in meeting the aspirations of modern Cambodians.

"We are truly honoured to be awarded for our dedication to delivering thoughtfully planned developments anchored on our 'Sustainable and Affordable' development philosophy," he said.

Prince International Plaza is the group's new mixed development project featuring a tastefully designed shopping mall, Grade 5A offices, 456 luxury condominium units and more than 1,000 parking spaces. Its soft launch is scheduled for December 2022.
