Phnom Penh is set for a fine-dining revolution with the grand opening of the Ox Club Restaurant in BKK1, Phnom Penh; and, if the set menu is anything to go by, guests are going to be in for a real treat. The Ox Club Restaurant was formerly a mainstay of Siem Reap, and is now launching in the capital after a year of intense planning, sourcing of the best ingredients, and training the best staff available in the Kingdom. Led by head chef, Chef Rann who has spent the past decade working in some of the most renowned kitchens in the United Arab Emirates, the team is trying to do something that has never before been seen in Cambodia and will be the most opulent restaurant in Phnom Penh. How do you become the most high-end restaurant in Phnom Penh? Well it is all about the dishes and ingredients, with the Ox Club Restaurant serving everything from Wagyu steak to the finest of caviar as epitomised by their à la carte and set menu.

Currently the Ox Club Restaurant is offering set menus, a tasting lunch menu, seasonal à la carte menu and hosting special Jazz nights on every Saturday & Sunday. Future plans for the Ox Club Restaurant are vast, including seasonal à la carte menus, up-scale afternoon tea, there is also continuous experimentation and innovation behind the kitchen door as they aim to be the best restaurant in Cambodia.
