NongHyup Finance (Cambodia) Plc demonstrated its commitment to its customers and the wider community with a generous donation of food and money last Thursday to a family in Kampong Thom province affected by fire. The microfinance institution (MFI) handed out 100kg of rice, three boxes of canned fish, three boxes of noodles, five boxes of fish sauce, five boxes of soy sauce, 10kg of sugar, 10kg of salt and 10 bottles of cooking oil, as well as 600,000 riel (around $150). The kind contribution will help support the MFI’s customers as they rebuild after the devastating fire in Laok village, Santuk district, in the province’s Kampong Thmor commune on February 12.
