Chef Louiz unveiled the revamped menu at the degustation night, with the food aficionados, influencers and members of the media in attendance able to experience the delightful creations crafted by new head chef.
The revamped menu features signature dishes such as Yaki Tomorokoshi, Kani Harumaki, Jagaimo Sarada, Salmon Carpaccio, Fisherman's Roll, Wagyu Sushi Fiesta, Wagyu Sando, Truffle Paitan Ramen, Awabi Chawan Mushi and Karai Tori Teba, among many others.
