Prince Real Estate – a leading developer in Cambodia and a key unit of Prince Holding Group, one of the largest and fastest growing business groups in Cambodia – recently hosted a group of Australian business leaders at its headquarters to showcase the investment potential of the Kingdom.
The delegates included founders and C-level executives from Compass Education, Flooring Xtra, Chen Foods, Explorers Early Learning and Amtrade International, among others.
Joining them were Kenneth Tang, president of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (AusCham), Matthew Care, co-founder and CEO of DCG, and Tom O’Sullivan of realestate.com.kh, who welcomed the delegation.
"Given the increasing interest of Australian businesses to explore investing into Cambodia, we have been preparing to offer support in real estate development, F&B and retail opportunities for Australian businesses seeking to expand into the Kingdom.
"We are eager to host more business delegations from the Asia-Pacific region to witness and participate in Cambodia's growth trajectory," said Edward Lee, CEO of Prince Real Estate Group.
O’Sullivan of realestate.com.kh said: "As an Australian businessman operating in Cambodia, I attribute trade missions as a vital platform for the success of businesses from the region to establish valuable partnerships and new investment opportunities.
"By partnering with trustworthy businesses in Cambodia and bringing together like-minded professionals, we can foster growth and drive innovation in a global economy."
As the Cambodian economy continues to grow rapidly, more and more businesses from across the region are showing interest in expanding their footprints in the Kingdom, particularly in the real estate, food and beverage and hospitality sectors.
And Prince Real Estate remains committed to actively participating in Cambodia's economic growth through sustainable real estate development, so as to "Build a Better Life" for all.
