Dara Airport Hotel treats Post to Khmer fine dining
Dara Airport City Hotel and Spa is placing Cambodian cooking at the heart of its new menu to showcase fine Khmer cuisine. The hotel’s Blue Sky Restaurant, helmed by executive chef Touch Sopheap, is to soon reveal a newly inspired menu that elevates authentic Khmer cooking to another level. And Dara Airport City Hotel invited a team from The Phnom Penh Post to experience the delectable Khmer cuisine. Taking an authentic yet innovative approach to traditional Khmer fare, Chef Sopheap explores and pushes boundaries with his creative skills to recreate local signature dishes, using the freshest of ingredients from the hotels mini organic farm.
