Refresh Mobile yesterday announced its newest partner, saying Beeline customers can now add credit to their mobile phones via Refresh’s electronic top-up terminals.

In addition to the Beeline deal, which went into effect August 8, Refresh has agreements with Mobitel and internet service provider Online. More deals will be announced in the near future, company officials said.

“We’ve seen sales continue to rise. More and more people are topping up at the terminals,” Ian Watson, Refresh Mobile’s founder and a major investor, said. He said Refresh operated 8500 top-up terminals in 19 provinces, with its presence in the remaining five provinces expected by early September.

“We’re the bridge to the digital age” in Cambodia, he said.
