LG yesterday launched it’s new smart phone, the LG Optimus L7, a phone that is capable of both writing and viewing web pages in the Khmer language, Hor Hab, LG’s business development manager said at a press conference last night.

The phone is expected to retail in Cambodia for US$350.

Despite officially launching in Cambodia last night, the phone has been available since April in other countries.

The touch-screen smart phone offers 3D technologies and 2.4 gigabytes of user available memory which can be upgraded to 32 gigabytes of storage with a micro SD card, while up to 50 GB of remote storage is also avaliable.

The phone runs on android’s Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and comes with Bluetooth and a five mega-pixel camera.
