Job Announcement Project Coordinator: Empowering Communities for Land and Deb Risk Awareness

  Equitable Cambodia (EC) is a Cambodian organization working to promote development which respects and protects human rights, sustainable natural resources, transparency and social justice in a democratic way.   With fund support from European Commission, EC is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the positions of Project Coordinator for Community Empowerment and Legal Awareness (CELA Program). The position is a one-year contract with the possibility of renewal. Salary will be negotiated on the basis of qualifications and work experience.   AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of the CELA Program Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks: • Undertaking needs assessments regarding debt sensitivity including designing and implementing a questionnaire • Take lead and works with the CELA manager and team to develop a new learning tools focusing on Debt Risk Awareness using a community led approach   ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Holds Bachelor degree • Strong understanding of financial literacy in the Cambodian context • At least three years of work experience in community facilitation skills with human rights, land issues, and/or other related fields.   Interested candidates can submit their C.V. and cover letter by 17 February 2020 to Operation Department, by email: [email protected].
