WE Act is hiring strong and passionate Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning officer to be part of a growing enthusiastic team for the Women Entrepreneurs Act (WE Act) Project

  Pact implements a 5-year WE Act Project, funded by USAID. WE Act focuses on empowering young women entrepreneurs in urban centers to access the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to realize their full potential as entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities. The overall goal of the project is to see young women improve their socio-economic status.   Pact is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer who will provide support related to monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities including: S/he will coordinate with other project staff to roll out the project’s MEL Plan, take part in developing relevant M&E tools, assisting in training to local partners on M&E, support of project learning activities such as; research and critical reflection processes. S/he will conduct the monitoring of data collection, collation, storage, and supporting in analysis and reporting.   Pact Cambodia is part of the Pact development INGO founded in 1979 and works in nearly 40 countries.
