Plan International Cambodia started its operations in Cambodia in 2002 and is committed to improving the lives of poor children, their families and communities. Plan International Cambodia is looking for qualified candidates for the positions and consultant for the feasibility study below.  

Consultancy for Feasibility Study on One World No Hunger

“Strengthening Household Resilience through Food Security and Nutrition for Vulnerable Children and Women in Stung Treng Province”
  Consultant will a) assess the current situation of the food insecurity of the proposed target groups in the targeted project districts. b) examine the availability, accessibility and consumption of nutritious food for children under five years of age, pregnant and lactating women, and women at reproductive ages in the target areas. c) measure the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, impact, and sustainability of the current nutrition project being implemented by Plan International Cambodia through implementing NGO partner, CRDT, in Stung Treng province that will inform Plan’s management on the strengths and weaknesses of the project, the gaps of intervention, challenges and implementing approaches. And d) draw out recommendations and suggestions to Plan’s program management for the current project improvement and to inform how the new similar project should be designed and implemented.  

CR-SHIP Administration Assistant

(This position is fixed-term contract, based in Phnom Penh)
  S/he will support the CR-SHIP Finance and Administration Manager in providing administrative service for the effective and efficient running of office functions, including guest hospitality, incoming and outgoing mail, vehicle arrangements and fuel monitoring, procurement quotations, administration of meeting rooms, and liaison with other departments on administrative matters.  

CR-SHIP Finance Officer

(This position is fixed-term contract, based in Phnom Penh)
  S/he will provide accounting and internal control services to the CR-SHIP project to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency in managing grants in accordance with Global Sanitation Fund (GSF) and Plan International requirements.  

Budgeting and Reporting Coordinator

(This position is fixed-term contract, based in Phnom Penh)
  S/he will review and monitor all grants budgets, expenditures, reports for Plan International Cambodia to ensure accuracy and consistency in accordance with Plan financial policy/procedures and donors requirements and to ensure grant information is updated in relevant Plan systems.
