Deadline for Submission of Bids 17 February, 2020 from 1:30 pm (Cambodia Time) IFB TRWSS SDP-PCU-CW-001,002,003,004 & 005 (2020) 1. The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has through the Ministry of Rural Development (MRD) received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and a grant from the High-Level Technology Fund (HLTF) toward the cost for construction of Drilling Well, Rehabilitation of (Drilling Well, Hand Dug Well, and Combine Well), Rehabilitation of Community Ponds, Rain Water Jar, Household Latrine and Public Latrines, and Small Pipe Water Supply in 8 Provinces (Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Battambong, Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Kampong Speu, and Kampot Provinces). 2. The Project Coordination Unit (PCU), Ministry of Rural Development (MRD) now invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction of Drilling Well, Rehabilitation of (Drilling Well, Hand Dug Well, and Combine Well), Rehabilitation of Community Ponds, Rain Water Jar, Household Latrine and Public Latrines, and Small Pipe Water Supply in 8 Provinces (Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Battambong, Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Kampong Speu, and Kampot Provinces). 3. Only eligible bidders with following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: (i). Satisfactorily completed at least two contracts for the construction of similar work in the preceding three years of not less than 50% of the bid price in each contract. (ii). Completed contracts in the total cumulative amount equal to at least two time the value of the bid price in the preceding two year. (iii). Bidders should submit with their documents as mentioned in the ITB 6.1 (b). 4. The obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents, bidder should contact the address below (paragraph 9) from Monday to Friday during office hours from 8:00 am-11:30 am and 14:30 pm -17:30 pm (Cambodian time). 5. A complete set of bidding documents are in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address in paragraph 9 and upon payment of a non refundable fee USD 100.00 or Riel 400,000.00 and USD 25.00 or Rie10,000.00. The method of payment will be in cash. The bidding documents will be collected in person at the discretion of bidder. Other than payment of the non –refundable fee specified above there shall be no other conditions for the purchase of the bidding documents. 6.
