Aide et Action International (AEAI) is an international NGO, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. AEA International began its programs in 1981 and is now working in more than 20 countries across Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, South Asia, Southeast Asia and China to support the development of sustainable education projects with our belief in the universal right to a quality education. Activities in South East Asia and China started in 2001. Our approaches focus on early transformation during two time periods which are most critical in a child’s schooling, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) to basic education. Over 10 years of experiences along with local communities, partner organizations, and governments, we have implemented a number of projects in various locations.

 

Head of Programs

 

The Head of Programs is a member of the Country Direction Committee and is responsible for the leadership and management of the program implementation. The Head of Programs acts as a senior leader in educational program development and improvement, collaborates extensively with other departments and occupies a strategically important role in the programmatic success of the AEAI Cambodia Program. The position reports directly to the Country Director and has regular interaction with senior staff, country and regional heads, donors and key stakeholders.

 

Head of Resources and Development

 

The Head of Resources and Development is a member of the Country Direction Committee and is responsible for the leadership and management of program design, evaluation and institutional funding. The Head of Resources and Development acts as a senior leader on program development and cross-functional learning. He/She occupies a strategically important role in ensuring development and delivery of high quality, evidence-based and donor report compliant s. The position reports directly to the Country Director and has regular interaction with senior staff, country and regional heads, donors and key stakeholders.

 

Digital Learning Officer

 

The Digital Learning Officer will be specifically responsible for develop and manage a digital learning and training program. The Digital Training Officer will be responsible for developing training materials, guides, policies, and strategy for end-users and create an easily accessible knowledge center of resources. He/she will work with dispersed team of trainers to deliver training and education to users. He/she will ensure digital knowledge and excellence in using technology seamlessly to work collaboratively and meet business needs.
