  Conservation International (CI) is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for the recently awarded five-year USAID Greening Prey Lang project.   The USAID Greening Prey Lang project, in partnership with the Royal Government of Cambodia, aims to improve and maintain the health of forest and freshwater ecosystems within and surrounding the Prey Lang Wildlife Sanctuary by engaging civil society and public entities to work together to consolidate the conservation and sustainable management of the Prey Lang Extended Landscape. To accomplish this, the project provides technical assistance for sustainable landscape management and biodiversity conservation to beneficiaries who depend on ecological services such as clean air and water, biodiversity and food community-based organizations.   I- Governance Team Leader (01 position) -Based in Kampong Thom Province Position Summary: The Governance Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring effective participatory processes to support capacity building of institutions and partners including multi-stakeholder engagement at various scales in landscape-level planning processes, management, communication, and monitoring at sub-national levels. He/she will report to the Prey Land Wildlife Sanctuary (PLWS) Landscape Manager/Kampong Thom office manager and works closely with other officers to support development and implementation of the legal policies and frameworks.   Qualification & Experience: • Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Management, Forestry, Climate Change, Development Studies, or other relevant development field, • 5-10 years of experience in natural resources management, land or forest governance, capacity building, and local stakeholder issues, • Experience working with government institutions preferably PDoE and FAC. • Strong interest in protecting Cambodia’s natural environment • Knowledge and experience on CF or CPA, and PA zoning • Fluent spoken and written Khmer and intermediate spoken and written English • Verbal communication and teamwork skills • Knowledge in computer of Microsoft Office. • Physically fit and able to trek and camp in rural/forest conditions over multiple days • Able to ride a motorbike under difficult field conditions • Local knowledge of Kampong Thom province and Prey Lang Wildlife Sanctuary • Willingness to obtain new skills and attention to detail   II- Livelihood Team Leader (01 position) -Based in Kampong Thom Province Position Summary: The Livelihood Team Leader will lead the livelihoods team in the support of sustainable livelihood development in communities in and around Prey Lang Wildlife Sanctuary. The Livelihood Team Leader will work on interventions including sustainable agriculture development and support, market chain development and support, sustainable NTFP development, and capacity building of community institutions. He/she will report to the Landscape Manager in the Kampong Thom office and supervise the livelihood officers and field assistants to support the delivery of livelihood activities under the Greening Prey Lang Project. This position will also receive technical guidance and support from the Livelihood Technical Manager based in Phnom Penh.   Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Natural Resources Management, Forestry, Climate Change, Development Studies, or other relevant development field, • 5-10 years of work experience in natural resources management, livelihood development, capacity building, and local stakeholder issues. • Strong interest in protecting Cambodia’s natural environment • intermediate in written and spoken English; fluent in Khmer • She/he has strong verbal communication and teamwork skills • Knowledge in computer of Microsoft Office. • Local knowledge of Kampong Thom province and Prey Lang Wildlife Sanctuary preferred • Able to ride a motorbike under difficult field conditions • Physically fit and able to trek and camp in rural/forest conditions over multiple days
