Plan International Cambodia started its operations in Cambodia in 2002 and is committed to improving the lives of poor children, their families and communities. Plan International Cambodia is looking for qualified candidates for the positions below:  

Country Accountant

(This position is Specified Duration Contract, based at Country Office, Phnom Penh)

  ountry Accountant provides financial and accounting services to the operation of Country Office and support to Program Units to ensure timely and reliable financial information for management to make effective decision making.  

Project Officer for School Learning Garden

(This position is Specified Duration Contract, based at Siem Reap Program Unit, Siem Reap)

  The Project Officer for School Learning Garden is responsible for technical support, and the monitoring and coordination of the school learning garden as part of School Feeding Program team. He/she works with others including DoEYS, PoEYS, community based organization (CBOs) and government partners to ensure project quality, technical soundness and alignment with Plan International’s strategies, approaches, policies and procedures.  

Community Development Officer

(This position is Specified Duration Contract, based at Stung Treng Program Unit, Stung Treng)

  The Community Development Officer (CDO) will facilitate and coordinate and monitor all aspects of projects implementation at the commune/village level in his/her assigned area and provide capacity building to the children club representatives and other stakeholders on the Champion of Cambodia.  

Sponsorship Secretary

(This position is Specified Duration Contract, based at Stung Treng Program Unit, Stung Treng)

  Child Sponsorship is Plan International’s main source of country support and income for delivering programs. Working in a Program Unit (PU) and with 18 National Offices (NOs), the Sponsorship Secretary supports, implements and maintains global sponsorship processes and policies and administers 3,000 sponsors and sponsored children, ensuring performance in sponsorship against KPIs and identifying/promoting best practice.   Interested candidates must fill in Plan Application Form, and then email to [email protected] by 15 November 2019, at 5.00 pm, local time.
