On February 22, guests gathered on the 36th floor of the Rosewood Hotel in the Vattanac Capital Tower to listen to the US Charge D’affaires, Michael Newbill, speak at the seminar on aviation and the Cape Town Convention.

Topics included the potential benefits of the Cape Town Convention to Cambodia’s growing aviation sector, as well as the benefits of obtaining long term partners and customers in the sector.
