Japan’s Ambassador to Cambodia Horinouchi Hidehisa hosted a reception in conjunction with the conferment of the Japanese Imperial Decoration of the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun on His Royal Highness Samdech Norodom Sirivudh, former deputy Prime Minister and High Privy Counselor of His Majesty the King of Cambodia.
