SNC Sihanoukville New City is located in Preah Sihanouk Province, Cambodia. 

Covering an area of 2,500 hectares, it is a key national development project, with the goal of developing towards the east from the town of Sihanoukville.

Adjacent to Sihanouk International Airport, it is just a 10-minute drive from the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville expressway. Designed and planned by the Tongji Design Institute of China, it aims to create a future centre for Sihanoukville, with an industrial “new area” model. 

The project has been designed with nine major functional bases, integrating tourism and vacation, ecological health care, commercial centres, international education districts and leisure and shopping facilities, among other functions. 

It also boasts unique natural ecological advantages, with mountains overlooking the sea, 12 kilometres of mangroves, and two kilometres of golden beaches.
