A memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony for One Belt and One Road International Barter Operation, Limited and Smile Sheen International and Green Cambodia Property Investment was hosted at Sunway Hotel on September 7.

The event was presided over by Chumteav Hun Sengny, Chea Sochenda, secretary of state at the council of ministers, Oknha Lanh Peara, representative of Green Cambodia Investment, Fu Chang Cheng, representative of China One Belt, One Road International Barter Operation and Soy Bunthoeun, representative of Smile International (Cambodia).
