The Cambodia Chapter of The Chaine des Rotisseurs hosted its regular dinner on April 9. The installation was followed by a special Khmer food gala dinner, which was very different from other Chaine gala dinners. Guests were treated to an exquisite six-course degustation menu prepared by head chef Eng Im. Members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs paid $90 for tickets and non-members paid $110.
Members belong to a truly international community that allows them to participate in exciting events organized in different countries around the world and have opportunities to meet people with a mutual interests and a passion for good food, conviviality and fellowship.
