Customers in Siem Reap can now shop from home safely using smartphones at no extra cost.

After its success in Phnom Penh, WingMall has now rolled out its services to Siem Reap, allowing individuals to order food and other goods from hundreds of merchants using their smartphones without having to leave the comfort of their homes and at no extra cost.

The launch will not only bring convenience but also reduce people-to-people contact by offering contactless payment and shopping opportunities.

Last year, Wing introduced WingMall, a food and grocery delivery services, to its Wing Money App as Cambodians increasingly turned to e-commerce during the pandemic.

To celebrate the launch of WingMall in Siem Reap and to spread awareness about shopping safely during the pandemic, Neak Oknha Kith Meng slipped out of his usual business suit and donned the trademark WingMall helmet, facemask and uniform to drive a scooter with a large delivery box attached to deliver meals.

“I am extremely grateful for the dedication of our delivery team during this difficult time and I thought it was important to show my support for them by walking in their shoes for a day.

“Their hard work has made a positive impact on businesses and the lives of Cambodians who rely on them to deliver products and drive commerce during the pandemic whether rain or shine,” said Neak Oknha Kith Meng, chairman and CEO of the Royal Group of Companies and the chairman of Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc.

WingMall is offering customers in Siem Reap free delivery on all orders as the company aims to help partner merchants revive their businesses during the pandemic.

Hundreds of popular businesses in Siem Reap have signed on for WingMall to sell thousands of goods ranging from food, drinks, groceries, and many other items.

“I strongly encourage everyone to follow the Ministry of Health’s direction and respect the advice of Samdech Techo Hun Sen to protect themselves and their families from contracting the virus.

“It’s important to practice the three do’s and three don’ts every day and shopping online is an easy way to avoid going outside unnecessarily,” said Manu Rajan, division CEO of Wing.

To place an order, users simply need to open the Wing Money App and tap the “WingMall” icon to browse hundreds of retailers and make their purchases.

After placing their order, customers will be able to enjoy having their favourite meals and products delivered to them for free from a variety of vendors.

WingMall is offering every customer in Siem Reap up to a $5 discount for entering the “HELLOSR” promo code from today until August 4. Customers in Phnom Penh need to use “HELLOPP” as the promo code for the discounts.

Customers will be able to track their orders on their smartphones and settle payments securely and quickly via the revolutionary Wing Money App.

Merchants are encouraged to contact WingMall at any time to reach out to the millions of Wing App users at rates that are extremely low.

Individuals who have not signed up for a Wing App or Wing Account are encouraged to download the Wing Money App and register themselves. If they need assistance to open a Wing Bank account, they can set up an appointment with a Wing Representative using this link https://myoffice.wingmoney.com/p/appointment

WingMall accepts payments from Wing as well as Cash on Delivery. Wing Bank clients then can transfer funds directly from Wing’s partner banks or through Bakong wallets. Clients may also deposit funds physically by visiting a nearby Wing Cash Xpress agent.
