(“PR Cam”) by the power of attorney dated 02 March 2022, is honoured to announce to the public that PR Cam has been appointed as the authorised exclusive distributor for importing and distributing in Cambodia the products of wines/alcoholic beverages bearing the below-listed trademarks from the trademark owners’ companies as indicated below:  

1. Products of wines bearing trademark “HAVANA CLUB” from HAVANA CLUB HOLDING, S.A based on the Authorised Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated 06 December 2021 and Recordal Letter of Exclusive Right for Import and Distribution No. 0588 dated 09 March 2022 issued by Ministry of Commerce
2. Products of alcoholic beverages bearing trademark “RICARD” from PERNOD RICARD, a French societe anonyme based on the Authorised Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated 29 November 2021 and Recordal Letter of Exclusive Right for Import and Distribution No. 0850 dated 01 April 2022 issued by Ministry of Commerce

  Accordingly, please kindly be informed of our official announcement and cease to stop doing parallel import and/or distributing parallel imported goods bearing the above trademarks within 90 days from the issuance date of each Recordal Letter of Exclusive Right for Import and Distribution stated in the pictures below. We shall reserve our right to take legal actions against other parties who have violated the exclusive rights of PR Cam that results in harmful consequences to its business activities.
