“Workshop on psychosocial-support for trafficked, migrant returnees and other vulnerable persons”
  Caritas Cambodia is an international non-governmental organization working in twelfth provinces of Cambodia. Caritas Cambodia, has established a ‘Friendly Vocational training center’ at Snung, Battambang province to help women trafficked to other countries, have returned and are in the process of reintegration. The women returnees are traumatized and face stigma and other challenges during the process of reintegration. The team at the Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (Caritas-CCAMH), a unit of Caritas Cambodia has been offering psychosocial support to women returnees and their children and aspires to share their experience to mental health, social work and other professionals in the field.   Dr. Jone Schanche Olsen, consultant psychiatrist, Stavanger University Hospital, with more than 30 years of experience in helping migrants from Africa and elsewhere will be sharing his experience and facilitating the workshop.
