This role provides an opportunity to work with a highly prestigious international NGO, Cambodian Children’s Fund, www.cambodianchildrensfund.org  Founded in 2004, Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) provides life-changing education and a range of services to vulnerable children from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. This well respected NGO cares for more than 2,300 students, their families and the community.
CCF is seeking application from suitable qualifies and experienced candidates for the Operations Manager role. CFF is a great place to work, staffed by a team of talented and committed people. The workplace offers many opportunities for innovation, initiative and professional satisfaction.
In this role you will have responsibility for leading and managing head office operations and field facilities, identifying and implementing structures, systems and procedures to enable an integrated and coordinated approach to achieve CCF strategic objectives. The role reports to the Global COO and holds responsibility for HR, IT, Supply Chain and Administration services.
You will balance your strategic and operational skills to review and implement clear policies and processes to support sound decision-making, accountability, rigorous and quantifiable reporting and continuous quality improvements.  Well-developed people management skills are needed to lead teams in an innovative and highly accountable approach.
This is a senior position that would suit experienced executives with outstanding vision, planning and execution capabilities. A proactive mindset and those looking for a rewarding and challenging role will be well suited to this position.
