Program Unit Administration Assistant (PUAA) (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Tboung Khmum)
  S/he will support the Program Unit Finance and Administration Manager (PUFAM) in providing administrative service for the effective and efficient running of office functions, including guest hospitality, incoming and outgoing mails, vehicle arrangements and fuel monitoring, procurement quotations, administration of meeting rooms, and liaison with other departments on administrative matters.  
Consultancy for Evaluation of Early Childhood Care and Development Project (Consultant)
  With funding support from European Union and BMZ, Plan International Cambodia is implementing an integrated approach on Early Childhood Care and Development with two-project addressing Early Stimulation and Learning in 2 Provinces (Tboung Khmum and Ratanak Kiri). The coverage areas in Tboung Khmum; 50 villages, in 2 districts, 10 communes and Ratanak Kiri 25 villages in 2 districts and 4 communes. The project aims to create “An integrated and sustainable model of ECCD, established by the communes, in line with national minimum standards.   Consultant team will be responsible for study design, coordination and supervision of the data collection and data entry, analysis of findings and report writing, as well as supervision of a team of two field supervisors. And she/he also ensure child friendly and good behaviour communication in the data collection process of the consultant team included the recruited data collectors. Please refer to TOR for details.  
Consultancy on Baseline Study for “The Power of Clean Water and Sanitation in Indigenous Communities’ Project (Consultant)
  With funding support from H&M Foundation, Plan International Cambodia in collaboration with Save Vulnerable Cambodians (SVC) is implementing a 3-year project entitled ‘The Power of Clean Water and Sanitation in Indigenous Communities’ focusing on improvement of water and sanitation in contribution to betterment of health, nutrition and early childhood care and development of under-5 years-old children in the remote and disadvantaged areas in north-eastern part of Cambodia, Ratanak Kiri province.   Consultant is responsible 1) To collect baseline data for all indicators as defined in the project logical framework; 2) To comprehend the relationship and communication of traditional indigenous leaders, local authorities and community members; and 3) To create a model of WASH for indigenous shedding light on the WASH practice working with traditional indigenous leaders.
