RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREMENTS
1. Relationship Manager
  • Establishing new customer base and maintaining the existing relationship of the branch
  • Supporting BM and the branch to achieve the performance target set by the Management
  • Assessing business opportunity from potential customers and preparing necessary proposal to relevant HO’s department if required
  • Working in collaboration with HO Sales team in promoting the branch figures and submitting monitoring reports as required
  • Ensuring a good customer service offered to both external and internal customers
  • Develop and maintain friendly, open, reciprocal working relationships and communication channel with all SATHAPANA BANK PLC team members
• Bachelor in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Management, Business or related field
• Experienced in banking(Sale experience is preferable)
• Good at mathematic, organizing, leadership, marketing and communication skills
• Good English for communication skill
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skill
• Computer Literate (Ms Office and Accounting Application)
2. SME Officer
  • Prospect new clients and assists them for loan application
  • Promote the bank’s products and services to the targets customers
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment
  • Perform credit analysis based on credit principles, policies and regulation.
  • Conduct loan appraisal and collects detailed information and arrange to open new loan account.
  • Prepare and execute loan contracts
  • Monitor loans and follow up the timely repayment
  • Assist to resolve the customers issues or consult when needed
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
• Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or other related fields
• At least 2-year Experience in banking
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in team environment
• Good at communication, negotiation, relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Good at problem solving and decision making
• Analysis and reporting skills
• Computer Literate (Ms Office and Accounting Application)
3. Credit Admin Officer
  • Entry data in Management Information System accurately and punctually,
  • Control and organize credit documents and report to management,
  • Accountability in keeping certification of property and credit related documents in a very safety. Managing and tracking the process of customers who borrow all related documents temporarily,
  • Report to branch management and related staff about late settlement in punctually,
  • Organize and prepare credit process report totally and punctually for branc,h management and related staff in order to analyze report daily monthly and quarterly,
  • Other duties assigned by management
• Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Financial
• Accounting, or other related fields
• Experiences in Teller, Cashier, or any sectors in money transaction are preferable
• Good at communication skills for both verbal and interpersonal
• Good command in English at Advanced Level (High Literacy)
• Complaint handling and customer satisfaction knowledge
4. Back Office Assistant
  • Check, record and process remittance transactions
  • Check branch’s inventory
  • Assist back office unit related to other settlement such payroll service
  • Other duties assigned by management
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance and banking or equivalent
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English for communication
• Good at mathematics
5. Cashier
  • Assist chief cashier in cashier counting, cash arrangement and movement in/out of the vault
  • Assist chief cashier in daily cash operations
  • In charge of chief cashier’s roles when she is on leave or absent
  • Attend in a large cash pay-in/out when needed
  • Other duties assigned by management
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance and banking or equivalent
• At least 1 year experienced as cashier or teller
• Good English for communication
• Good critical thinking
• Good at mathematics
