Head of Business Development, Report to Chief Executive Officer   Roles and Responsibilities Sale Management ♦ Devising and implementing the company’s sales strategy ♦ Setting revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators ♦ Setting tough but achievable revenue targets for the business development managers ♦ Implementing sales strategies across the company and monitoring effectiveness ♦ Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales ♦ Negotiating agreements for contracts with customers and ensuring commerciality   Marketing Management ♦ Development and implementation of the Brand strategy ♦ Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products ♦ Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation ♦ Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends   Product Development ♦ Generating product and service idea from inception to commercialization ♦ Lead in organizing activities involving in new product concept brainstorming ♦ Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives and report on performance ♦ Oversee development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications to meet product objectives   General ♦ Overseeing the day to day management of the business development team ♦ Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate. ♦ Ensure good communication with other people both internally and externally.   Essential skills & experience ♦ Holds a Master Degree of Business Management with relevant work experience in a business development role ♦ Experience working with sale management, market and product development ♦ Good knowledge of bank, microfinance and leasing sector; ♦ An out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable to a dynamic environment; ♦ Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally; ♦ Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail; ♦ Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality; ♦ Is self-motivated and committed to self-improvement; and ♦ Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.   Interested and qualified applicants have to submit resume and cover letter with current photo and other related documents to CBC’s office at Vattanac Capital, Level 9, No 66 Monivong Blvd, Sangkat Wat Phnom, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, Cambodia or email to: [email protected]
