HighSpeed-Diesel (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd is seeking for potential candidate to work in the Position as below:
Position: General Manager
Job Responsibility:
1. Develops and implement strategic sale plans and forecast to achieve corporate objective for products and services
2. Develops and manage sales operation budgets
3. Achieve satisfactory profit/loss radio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends
4. Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
5. Establishes and maintain relationships with industry influencers and keys strategic planers
6. Assists the Managing Director to develop, coach and manage sale team, fostering positive culture and implementation of strategic initiatives
Requirement:
1. Previous success in managing daily operations and understanding business drivers, P&L, stock and cash flow performance
2. Abilities to build highly effective sales strategies and deliver sales growth
3. At least 3 year's experience in building construction material
