Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country office of Good Neighbors International working in 37 countries in the world. GNC is implementing long-term development program focusing on sponsorship, child protection, education, health, WASH, income generation & partnership building and advocacy in 9 Community Development Programs in 5 provinces of Cambodia; and we are expanding more programs to other provinces to meet our rapid growth. GNC is now working with key sustainability partners and relevant department of government and NGOs to promote positive impact to vulnerable people, especially children. We are seeking for Fund Raising Technical Advisor (expat only) for 1-year employment contract, 1 position based in head office, Phnom Penh.
Job Summary:
He/she will work collaboratively in GNC on activity of fundraising and the opportunity for grant seeking. This position will also specifically advice activity implementation in sectors like Sponsorship, Education, Health, WASH, Income Generation, Advocacy and Networking. The management of grant information will also ensure by this position.
Requirement:
English Native Speaker
♦ Good experience in fund raising, proposal writing and knowledge of modern funding trends.
♦ Good experience in project design, implementation, monitoring & evaluation.
♦ Understanding clearly about the concept of community development in context of developing countries.
♦ Good analytical, research and report writing skills.
♦ High commitment in support for the vulnerable.
♦ Good at team building
♦ Capacity building skill in terms of fundraising if possible.
♦ Modern technology knowledge
♦ Working extra hours for some urgent requirement.
