Save the Children is looking for high quality, motivated consultants or consultancy firms to fill various positions based in Phnom Penh, with travel to the field.   Positions Available and Qualifications: 1- Communications Strategy Development Consultant for Family Care First (1 position)   Objective: Save the Children is seeking a consultant, or consultancy firm, to develop a Communications Strategy, a Social Media Strategy, a Traditional Media Strategy and Key Messages to be utilised by Save the Children and FCF members.   Consultant(s) Qualifications: ♦ Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or other relevant field. ♦ At least 5 years’ proven experience in developing and implementing communications strategies, preferably in the Cambodian and international context. ♦ Prior experience managing USAID communications branding and marking requirements. ♦ Familiarity with Child Protection work. ♦ A good understanding of social media and traditional media in Cambodia. ♦ Prior experience providing communication training / capacity building support. ♦ Proven capability to work in collaborative and consultative manner with multiple partners. ♦ Demonstrated success in increasing the profile and prominence of clients in previous work. ♦ Strong organizational, interpersonal/cross cultural communication and time-management skills while working in a diverse and dynamic team setting in a challenging environment. ♦ Excellent spoken and written English-language skills is essential; fluency in Khmer language is an asset.   2- Photographer / Videographer Consultant for Family Care First ​ (1 position)   Objective: The objective of this assignment is to provide professional videos and photos, which can be used for external communication and publication purposes.   Consultant(s) Qualifications: ♦ Professional photographer / videographer ♦ Previous exposure to and experience of Save the Children program work is highly regarded ♦ Excellent interpersonal skills, respectful to country specific customs ♦ Able to travel to remote/difficult areas ♦ Speaks fluent English, Khmer is highly regarded   How to apply Interested candidates should send their application, including sample reports of similar services, proposal and budget for the consultancy service to the Human Resources team at Save the Children no later than 17.00 on 24th November 2017.
