Save the Children programs focus on Education, Health and Nutrition, Child Rights Governance, Child Protection, Child Poverty and Humanitarian. We work with government partners and local NGOs to improve children’s lives, especially marginalized and disadvantaged children. Save the Children is seeking a qualified and motivated Consultant for Organisational Gender Assessment based in Phnom Penh.   Purpose of the consultancy: The objectives of the consultancy is to provide Save the Children with clear and feasible recommendations on how to better implement Save the Children’s Gender Equality Policy (specifically how to organize and operate internally), to ensure we are better able to program, advocate, partner, and organize for gender equality.   Consultant(s) Qualifications: ♦ Extensive experience in organizational development, management, and human resources. ♦ Extensive experience in gender equality programs, and strong knowledge of the Cambodian gender context and culture. ♦ Experience designing and conducting qualitative research projects. ♦ Experience working with large, international child rights organizations similar to Save the Children is an advantage. ♦ Experience designing and delivering training and capacity building to staff is preferable. ♦ Work experience in Cambodia, ♦ High degree of professional writing in English.
