On June 21, Kanji Japanese restaurant introduced the traditional Japanese drink sake, which is made from fermented rice, to Cambodians. The event allowed locals to experience the freshness of Japanese food paired with sake. Kanji Japanese restaurant holds a similar event every three months in an effort to introduce new Japanese products locally.
