From february 23 to 26, the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center held the Kizuna Festival to introduce Cambodians to both traditional and modern Japanese culture and to promote cultural exchanges between the two nations. This year’s theme for the festival was “Fly to Japan”. Japanese and Cambodian artists performed at the festival, and attendees could also try crafts such as Ikebana, origami, or calligraphy. There was also a Japanese-Cambodian quiz, a concert by Japanese singer Tokiko Kato, demonstrations of both Japanese and Khmer martial arts, and a cosplay show. Photos by Hong Menea
