Cambodia, China sign MoU over trademarks

Cambodia inked a memoran-dum of understanding with China yesterday that aims at providing better facilities for trademark and brand registration in both countries.

“We will protect each other’s trademarks and branding, and Chinese officials will provide us technical training in order to control trademarks and branding as well as counterfeit products in the market,” Op Rady, director of the intellectual property department at the Ministry of Commerce, said following the signing.
